Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business and upsell opportunities to increase individual and enterprise subscriptions
Retain existing client subscriptions with a renewal rate above 80%
Build and strengthen relationships across a diverse book of business
Present usage data and insights to clients to enhance product value
Identify and act on copyright protection and monetization opportunities
Support the shift from individual to enterprise subscription models
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to define best practices
Manage and forecast your sales pipeline with precision
Understand clients' business strategies and propose tailored solutions
competências
What We're Looking For:
Fluent or native English speaker
1–3 years in a
- facing role (Customer Success, Support, Account Management, etc. )
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
Confident presenting digital platforms and analyzing usage data
Proactive, professional, and
- focused
Proven sales track record, preferably in media, tech, or B2B environments
Strategic thinker, proactive and
- oriented
Bonus: Knowledge of financial services or B2B publishing sectors

What We Offer:
Direct employment contract
Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Base salary: €1, 000 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7. 80/day via meal card
Performance bonus: Up to €400/month
