About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Success
Factors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Management to join our client’s growing HR transformation team. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Time Management processes within Success
Factors for an international client undergoing
- scale HR digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Success
  Factors EC Time Management
• Support the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing,
  - live, and hypercare
• Advise clients on best practices, compliance requirements , and optimized business process design
• Work closely with
  - functional teams including EC Core, Payroll, Integration, and HR business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues, manage change requests, and deliver clear functional documentation
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions with end users and HR teams
• Participate in integration activities with Payroll and external Time/Attendance systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of
  - on experience in SAP Success
  Factors, with a strong focus on EC Time Management
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end EC Time projects (implementation or major enhancement)
• Solid understanding of time valuation, time types, time profiles, work schedules, absence rules , and accruals
• Familiarity with integrations between EC Time, EC Core, and Payroll (SAP HCM or Employee Central Payroll)
• SAP Success
  Factors Certification in EC and/or Time Management strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural, remote project teams
