The opportunity

The focus of this role will be to contribute to the strategy, planning, and execution of the firm's Go to Market activities, supporting executives in managing and activating accounts, positioning EY solutions in the market, and coordinating strategic programs in customer experience.
The successful candidate will work closely across all service lines, typically with account teams, executives, and partners.
Your key responsibilities
- Account management, supporting the Global Client Service Partner and the account team, applying EY methodologies
- Support for the annual revenue planning process, coordinating the collection and compilation of objectives per account
- Support for the pipeline management process
- Support for the preparation and execution of the global

- market strategy - Support for the preparation of proposals, ensuring compliance with received specifications
- Support in the preparation of

- market initiatives and materials – brochures, presentations, and decks for clients and internal use, including thought leadership materials - Support for planning and executing

- market plans for different Service Lines and Segments, aligned with their commercial objectives - Participation in client meetings
- Coordination of Client Experience activities, including assessing client satisfaction and
- up - Support in creating and disseminating sectoral information and content
- Updating institutional decks for internal and external use
- Preparation of content and applications for events
- Participation and support in creating and designing new initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Academic training in Management, Economics, or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development roles
- Understanding of global business trends
- Ability to understand clients' strategies and EY solutions
- Excellent writing skills and creative content production
- Proficiency in Power
Point and Excel - Knowledge of Power
BI and Mural is valued
