? We're Hiring: Team Leader – Customer Support / English Speaker (M/F/X)

? Location: Lisbon (100% On-site – Av. da República, next to Entrecampos Station)

? Your Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customer support team provides outstanding service to travelers from around the world.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating a team of customer support agents
• Monitoring and improving performance indicators
• Analyzing data to identify trends and define action plans
• Offering daily support, coaching, and feedback to your team
• Implementing solutions to improve processes and service quality
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (C1/C2 or native level – spoken and written)
• Previous experience in team management or people coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-driven mindset with a
  - first approach
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
• High school diploma (minimum requirement)
• Valid documentation to work legally in Portugal

? What We Offer

• Long-term employment contract
• Base salary: €1, 300 gross/month (x14 payments/year)
• Language bonus: €100/month (x12 payments/year)
• Meal allowance: €7/day via meal card
• Working hours: 8-hour rotating shifts between 9 AM – 8 PM
• Days off: 2 rotating days per week
• Work format: 100%
  - site in Lisbon
• Start date: ASAP
