We are looking for a Technical Accountant for our Lisbon office with the following responsibilities:

1. Preparing and maintaining clients' accounting records according to national and international standards, including documentation, classification, registration, bank reconciliations, account analysis, financial statements, and administrative support;
2. Complying with reporting obligations such as INTRASTAT, COPE, etc. ;
3. Filling out and verifying tax declarations in accordance with current legislation;
4. Calculating and recording taxes, fees, and tariffs to be received or paid;
5. Providing fiscal analysis tailored to each client's sector and specifics;
6. Supervising a team.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar;
• Minimum of 8 years' experience, preferably in an accounting firm;
• Knowledge of accounting software (Sage for Accountants);
• Expertise in Taxation, especially VAT and Corporate Income Tax (IRC);
• Technological proficiency;
• Proactivity, initiative, and organizational skills;
• Professional style oriented towards client service, teamwork, and integration into horizontal structures.

Valued skills:

• Languages: Spanish and English knowledge are advantageous but not mandatory.
