Descrição da Função

“Join Zumub as a Production Planning Lead! We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee production planning and organization, ensuring that our operations meet quality standards while aligning with company strategy. ”

• Plan and organize production activities to achieve company goals and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure availability of materials to meet production orders while controlling costs.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and confirm proper execution.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Finance to align production with sales, deadlines, and overall company objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems for production control.
• Highly responsible, organized, and proactive.
