We are seeking a Supervisor, Production (m/f) to join the Production - Hikma I - Line 2 Department,
- site.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all production activities, including sterilization, filling, and equipment management.
• Ensure aseptic operations comply with GMPs and SOPs; conduct training and quality circles.
• Develop and execute production plans, ensuring no interruptions and compliance with regulations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
• Report daily events and coordinate with other departments on production plans and reports.
• Maintain and review procedures; oversee investigations and protocols.
• Manage production staff, assist in recruitment, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and motivate staff.

Profile:

• 2-4 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Life Science.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power
  Point.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Training and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of aseptic work environments and filling processes.
