Supervisor, SAP Project Management – Turkish Speaker – Sovos Latinoamérica

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management team in Europe, managing the complete life cycle of projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and track
  -
  - plan,
  -
  - budget, and communicate critical project achievements.
• Bridge communications between customer opportunities for product, sales, and support services.
• Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team.
• Monitor team execution of client projects, including status reporting, issue management, and client service level outcome alignment.
• Monitor project management services efficiency,
  - ability, utilisation, and profitability.
• Define and lead the team to successful completion of department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience managing external projects in a software or professional services company.
• 1+ year of experience managing teams.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Projects or other Project Management solutions.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, e. g. , SAP or Oracle.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
