Responsabilites:The technical support Operator we are looking for will join an existing NOC (Network Operation
Center) team responsible of ensuring the proper execution of an incident mananagentprocess of a big telco firm in the Iberian market. For this position, you need tocombine both technical and communicative skills. You will be considered an extensionof a remote operational team located in Europe;Out-of-the-Box thinking is necessary to improve resolution processes;Able to adapt to the team needs. The project is ongoing in several countries and yourhelp might be needed to support (occasionally) them. Daily customer communication;Administrative support for the team in the field. Understanding of the Incident Management process. Skills:Telecommunication knowledge is valuable but not mandatory. Training will beprovided;Responsability and professionalism. Willingness to learn;High level of Portuguese and English are required;High communication skills;Customer first mentality.
