Key Tasks

• Design and implement scalable standardized program management frameworks
• Standardize reporting formats across supplier development and program management functions.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and milestones to ensure consistency in execution.
• Use project management tools to track progress and communicate status.
• Mentor and train internal teams and suppliers on scalable processes, reporting standards, and digital tools.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current project structures and propose solutions.
• Align supplier readiness with project milestones and launch schedules.
• Facilitate lessons learned workshops and integrate findings into existing development processes.
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans, especially for
  - related risks.
• Implement automated report generation using tools to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Create dashboards for
  - time visibility into performance, project status, and risk indicators.
• Ensure reports are tailored for different audiences (executive, operational,
  - facing).
• Maintain a centralized repository of 8D reports, audit results, and performance scorecards.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years in automotive supplier development, engineering, or project management
• Strong knowledge of automotive reporting standards, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, etc.
• Self-motivated, with drive to complete challenging assignments both independently and as a member of a team
• Experience with scalable project management and digital tools
• Experience in automation and manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Willing to travel up to 50%
