Responsibilities

• Handle supplier access rights and lifecycle and keep ordering contact information up to date
• Keep consistent communication with suppliers and local country contacts
• Address technical system problems and supplier data issues promptly within set deadlines
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the accuracy and quality of supplier data
• Assist in overseeing supplier information and questionnaire processes throughout the EMEA area

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in administrative roles
• Excellent
  - solving and data interpretation skills to assist suppliers
• Strong skills in planning, organising, and effective communication and teamwork
• Good knowledge of English and Excel
