Overview

• The Supplier Risk Analyst in the Procurement & Performance Services entity in Lisbon has as its main objective to assess Suppliers before and during a contractual relationship, in order to protect BNPP from financial, strategic, reputational and legal risk. This involves carrying out risk analysis before and during a collaboration with any Supplier, helping the buyers in their decisions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the risk (financial health / risk of financial failure, economic dependency between supplier and BNPP, financial security, General Data Protection Regulation, IT/Cyber-security risk, Operational risk, Corporate Social Responsibility) for existing suppliers (monitoring activity) and new suppliers (onboarding activity).
• Prepare Group and Entities Risk Sourcing Committees (gathering Procurement & Performance, heads of Entities Procurement team, Compliance, Legal and Risk departments) to review the Group and Entities risk exposure to suppliers by: gathering risk evaluations in coordination with buyers; managing watch list changes; supporting buyers in remediation plans and ensuring
  - up; analyzing local remediation plans with Entities Procurement teams and identifying
  - entry suppliers.
• Support buyers by: performing
  - demand supplier risk assessments; monitoring alerts and information regarding suppliers; providing risk opinion on critical situations.
• Continuously update internal and external tools according to the risk assessments performed.
• Actively participate in process improvements where applicable.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Risk and Controls.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Compliance.
• Knowledge in Compliance.
• Knowledge in Risk Management - risk monitoring and risk analysis.
• Proficiency in Fircosoft.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Analytical ability.
• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee and training.
• Organisational skills.
