Supplier Sales Executive – French speaking

Key Responsibilities
- Contact each new supplier lead within 2-8 working days.
- Provide professional advice on which service to register for.
- Represent Tungsten, its buyers and enrolled suppliers with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Determine the correct supplier contact / decision maker.
- Handle objections and upsell additional/higher value services.
- Provide notes after each interaction, visible to Tungsten leadership and the end client.
- Update the CRM with remarks and account/contact details.
- Ensure suppliers “go live” on the network post registration.
- Conduct high‑quality conversations to identify viable solutions for customers’ needs.
- Attend training and maintain a solid working knowledge of the campaigns’ products and procedures.
- Build and manage a pipeline that translates into achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Apply soft‑skills competencies when responding to customers.
- Respond promptly to reasonable requests from the line manager.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer requirements.
- Achieve set sales targets as required by the campaign.
- Comply with quality guidelines outlined in the QA brief.
- Adhere to the principles of TCF (Treating Customer Fairly) at all times.
- Use positive and professional language with colleagues and customers.
- Collaborate within the team and contribute ideas to improve service.
- Meet all compliance and business regulations for allocated tasks.
Required Experience
- Experience in telesales, previous B2B sales experience.
- Balance Customer and Business Focus – manage customers’ expectations while considering business needs.
- Negotiating & Influencing – convey points positively and constructively.
- Objection Handling – overcome objections using suitable techniques.
- Planning & Priority – prioritize activities to achieve goals.
- Communicate with credibility.
- Empathise with customers.
- PC / MS Office literacy.
