About the project

From Shakers , we’re partnering with one of Portugal’s top football clubs to find a Supply Chain Analyst for an
- site project in Braga. A unique chance to work in the professional sports industry, combining operations and data in a dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities

• Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics planning.
• Work daily with ERP systems (Primavera, SAP, or PHC).
• Use advanced Excel and contribute to reporting in Power BI .
• Monitor key KPIs (rotation, coverage, lead time, shortages).
• Collaborate with suppliers and operational teams to ensure smooth processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, stock, or procurement.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills (Primavera, SAP, or PHC).
• Analytical,
  - oriented, and highly organized.
• Languages: portuguese and english

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of import/export processes.
