What is expected in this role:
- Manage multiple international accounts across Europe;
- Prospect and onboard new suppliers to the B-Parts network;
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers;
- Support suppliers in your portfolio to increase their sales;
- Assist suppliers in your portfolio in improving their operational KPIs;
- Develop best practices across the Account Management function;
- Report directly to management;
- Support colleagues and work to employ best practices across the business.
What are we looking for (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
- Proactive approach:
- oriented with ease in establishing relationships; - Sales experience managing customer accounts, ideally in a
- growth environment; - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights (Tableau knowledge is a plus);
- Strong planning and organization skills;
- Proficiency in Office and Excel;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
