Ferring+You
You will join the Supply Chain Performance & Analytics team. This team reports directly to the Supply Network Operations (SNO), in charge of overseeing the production and supply of products across the world. You close collaborate with other functions in SNO, as well as other functions within Global Technical Operations. This position supports the activities of the Value Stream Leaders and Regional Heads in challenges' resolution,
- making and execution control for the Worldwide Supply Chain. This position is a great opportunity to work in an international environment, covering a very broad scope of the Supply Chain and Operations, including demand planning, supply planning, product lifecycle, inventory management, external procurement, logistic transportation, quality.
Your day at Ferring
Drive reporting capabilities - design, development & enhancement, for all areas of the Supply Chain while ensuring standardization, harmonization and scalable solutions.
Act as a “go to person” for Supply Chain team queries, providing analytical support for projects, continuous improvement and cost savings.
Participate in defining and implementing new Supply Chain KPIs and reviewing and updating existing ones.
Conduct data analytics, modelling, and reporting in Power BI, utilizing SQL for data manipulation.
Ensure continuity in the reporting landscape during ERP and other IT landscape transformations, including coordinating with the stakeholders, testing and validating tools, data and Power BI reports.
Create training materials and documentation for existing and new processes and tools implemented.
Perform individual ad hoc tasks matching your interests and competencies.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, advanced degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering is preferred.
Understanding of the

- end supply chain concepts.
Strong Excel and Power BI knowledge.
Experience in working with Oracle, SAP, and/or Kinaxis.
SQL knowledge is not mandatory, though the willingness to learn must be there.
“Hands on” approach to
- solving.
Ability to handle complexity and utilize analytical skills with attention to details.
Good communication skills in writing as well as verbal
