This is a hybrid role based in the Madeira office—you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds, working 3 days
- site and 2 days from home in a highly collaborative,
- trust environment.
Responsabilidades chave
In this role, you will execute and support various operational and administrative supply chain tasks. This includes placing and following up on purchase orders with suppliers and contract manufacturers, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and coordinating logistics to ensure
- time deliveries. You will also track label orders, enter sales data, and maintain accurate inventory records and supplier databases. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure all documentation, such as invoices, customs forms, and shipping documents, is accurate and
-
- date.
Beyond daily operations, you will assist in reconciling invoices, calculating landed costs per batch, and ensuring product data is correctly recorded for ERP integrations. You will support
- functional processes, especially issue resolution, customs compliance, and inventory alignment. On the reporting side, you will help generate and maintain supply chain KPIs—such as supplier
- time performance and stock availability—and participate in identifying inefficiencies and documenting standard operating procedures. You’ll also support the implementation of automation tools to streamline repetitive processes and provide feedback to improve workflows.
Additionally, the role involves conducting market and supplier research to support strategic decisions, analyzing data to identify
- saving opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring the supply chain runs efficiently and reliably, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Competências
- 1-2 years’ experience in a supply chain, procurement, or
- related role (industry experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with data management and interpretation abilities
- Ownership and proactive approach to daily challenges
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas); ERP/WMS experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and root cause analysis skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proactive,
- oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage priorities
