Supply Chain Assistant (M/F/D)
The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for ensuring data integrity within Oracle and Kinaxis systems, maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (Bo
M), managing product lifecycle data, and overseeing the receipt and validation of purchase order (PO) data. Operating within an international environment, this role involves diverse and manual operational tasks aimed at relieving the workload of the International Supply Planning team and providing flexible support to other departments when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure data accuracy and consistency within Oracle and Kinaxis ERP systems.
- Regularly update and verify Bills of Materials (Bo
Ms) to reflect accurate product structures. - Monitor and manage product lifecycle information, including product launches, modifications, and
- outs. - Record, track, and validate purchase order (PO) receipt information, ensuring timely and accurate data management.
- Provide direct operational support to the International Supply Planning team through various manual tasks, contributing to enhanced departmental efficiency.
- Collaborate
- functionally and offer versatile support to other departments based on operational requirements. - Proactively identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a supply chain support role is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Oracle and Kinaxis Rapid
Response. - Excellent data management skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with international teams.
Preferred Competencies:
- Experience in an international and multicultural work environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.
- Certification or training in supply chain management (e. g. , APICS) is beneficial.
