A global company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of products and solutions for the energy and telecommunications industries is seeking a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager.

You will report to the General Manager and your mission is to ensure the best standards in process flow involving the entire logistics chain, including quality, efficiency, delivery, and cost management of products and services.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Identify and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency;
2. Train and manage the team working in the Supply Chain environment;
3. Monitor supply chain performance to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals;
4. Implement a sustainable culture of continuous improvement to enhance supply chain processes and efficiency;
5. Research customer needs and develop optimal approaches to meet them;
6. Map suppliers' locations, production facilities, and distribution centers to establish an effective distribution network;
7. Oversee transportation and distribution management to ensure timely and intact deliveries;
8. Ensure material flow within the plant aligns with the production schedule;
9. Create an optimized delivery system for shipments to customers or other manufacturers within stipulated conditions and timelines;
10. Follow up on supplier deliveries to ensure compliance with agreed conditions;
11. Manage the department's budget and relevant KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field;
2. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in logistics or supply chain within an industrial or consultancy setting;
3. Strong knowledge of continuous improvement processes;
4. Fluency in English; French is desirable;
5. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain/logistics modules.
