Mission:

You will join the Supply Chain & Logistics department as a Supply Chain Coordinator, reporting directly to the Supply Chain National Manager. Your main goal will be to manage the demand and supply planning team efficiently, optimizing stock availability to achieve excellence in stock days and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Demand and Supply Planning functions:
2. Oversee and guide Demand Planners responsible for forecasting;
3. Direct Supply Planners managing order processes, breakages, and stock levels across stores and warehouses;
4. Develop and execute action plans to ensure product availability—right quantity, right place, right time;
5. Facilitate team meetings and monitor progress;
6. Identify risks in forecast and order planning to improve efficiency;
7. Define flow types and delivery conditions aligned with customer and company needs;
8. Ensure proper use and continuous improvement of planning tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or related fields;
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microstrategy is preferred;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Strong priority management skills.
