Supply Chain Junior Functional Consultant | Dynamics 365 – Amman, Jordan

Responsibilities

• Work with local and regional clients to understand their business processes and needs.
• Utilize knowledge of Finance/SCM/Project Accounting/HR processes and Microsoft Dynamics to support the development and expansion of Dynamics 365.
• Participate in end‑to‑end implementation of D365 solutions and relevant business processes.
• Discover customer challenges and needs, uncover unspoken problems, and propose solutions.
• Guide Project Managers and keep them informed.
• Deliver end‑user training.
• Aid internal marketing with sales activities.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities and prepare technical proposals in Arabic and English.
• Support customers at all project stages and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1‑3 years experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Module as solution architect or functional consultant.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O (mandatory).
• Experience working with AGILE methodology.
• Teamwork experience within a business context associated with IT.
• Good knowledge of SCM processes: Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Retail (preferred), Manufacturing (preferred).
• Good knowledge of HR (preferred) and Project Operations (preferred).
• Experience in analysis, modeling, and design of financial processes.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics, Engineering/Industrial Management, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent.
• Project Management certificate like PMP (preferred).
