Your mission
Your mission will be. . .
Overall support of the Supply Chain Management Indirect Material Team on daily activities:
- Support the data analysis of activities related to the purchasing function and it's
- making as well as data of the different purchasing commodities (through handling of dynamic tables, Excel macros, Dashboards, SAP, etc. ) - Collaborate with the Siemens's division's buyers, in the different purchasing processes: sourcing (search for suppliers, offers and negotiations), contracting (document preparation, signature process and digital files validation), evaluation and development of suppliers.
- Collaborate in the automation of purchasing processes through Office 365 tools: Power Automate, Forms, Sharepoint, Power BI;
- Review of the qualification and segmentation status of suppliers and support in the execution of relevant tasks related to the processes;
- Support the travel management function;
- Collaboration on new projects that may arise.

especially process automation tools associated with Office 365 or others.
