Required Qualifications & Certifications

Education: Bachelors / Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.

MBA: MBA in Supply Chain / Operations / Procurement Management (Preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) APICS
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
• Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt)
• Lean Supply Chain Management Certification
• Logistics & Freight Forwarding Certification

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Distribution Management Oversee transportation, warehousing, and fleet operations.
• Inventory Control & Demand Planning Ensure stock availability and reduce excess inventory costs.
• Procurement & Vendor Management Negotiate supplier contracts and build strong vendor relationships.
• Data-Driven Supply Chain Optimization Use analytics to forecast demand and improve efficiency.
• Cost Reduction & Process Improvement Implement lean methodologies to minimize supply chain costs.
• Supply Chain Risk Management Identify potential disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• International Trade & Compliance Ensure smooth global shipping, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
