Supply Chain Manager (Pharma / Clinical Trials)

Location: Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Experience in supply chain operations, not limited to clinical operations.
• Support clinical interface activities.
• Manage deviations in a Gx
  P environment, ensuring daily compliance and quality timing.
• Handle logistical issues and distribution (Importer Of Record, IOR).
• Design distribution routes based on temperature control, intermediary depots, and other factors.
• Conduct root cause analysis and Gemba visits.
• Maintain excellent stress management and responsiveness.
• Engage with various stakeholders and communicate effectively in an agile environment.
• Operate within a dynamic operational context, demonstrating curiosity and proactivity.

Qualifications

• Mid-Senior level experience in supply chain and clinical trials.
• Strong background in Gx
  P deviation management.
• Proficiency in logistics, distribution, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, curious, and able to manage
  - pressure situations.
