YOUR MISSION**
Oversee and manage the operational activities of
- party service centers, ensuring adherence to corporate standards, policies, and procedures, while optimizing performance and efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement projects across
- party sites by leveraging data, insights from audits, and best practices to drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with safety and maintenance programs.
Act as a key consultant to
- party site leaders, fostering professional partnerships and addressing operational challenges to ensure seamless execution of CHEP’s service and performance objectives.
YOUR GOALS **
- Oversee operational activities for
- party service centers within a designated region, ensuring full compliance with company standards, SLAs, safety guidelines, and operational policies. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with
- party service providers, consulting with site leaders to address challenges and implement operational improvements, including preventative maintenance programs for both equipment and facilities. - Leverage data and operational systems to evaluate site performance, identifying opportunities for enhancements in safety, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and audit results, driving corrective actions, and implementing
- reduction strategies to improve profitability and operational consistency. - Assist in developing action plans based on audit results and continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and the
- party network’s operational objectives. - Support negotiations related to costs, volumes, and service agreements, working in collaboration to ensure favorable outcomes and alignment with CHEP’s financial targets.
- Serve as a peer leader, providing guidance and sharing best practices across the
- party representative network to promote operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and process consistency. - Standardize processes across the
- party network to ensure consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to
- wide objectives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Qualifications
- Business/management, logistics, or technical engineering degree
- Continuous improvement / Lean Six Sigma
Experience
- 5-8 years management in Subcontractor management / Site management
- Lead & achieve results in
- site - Negotiations in operations/transport with 3rd party service providers
- Strong experience in Lean Six Sigma
Skills & Knowledge:
- Able to communicate with all levels of an organization, both internal and external
- Subcontractor management
- Able to work independently and lead remote teams.
- IT: Good working knowledge of Excel and SAP. Power BI an advantage.
- Be
- oriented with good analytical skills - Know how to establish and manage performance indicators
- Project management and Continuous Improvement
- Negotiation skills
