Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily order execution across suppliers, warehouses, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth coordination so everything runs on time and to spec.
- Step in quickly to solve exceptions, whether it’s a delay, a return, or a supplier hiccup.
- Digital & Systems Champion
- Use our supply chain platforms and tools to manage and monitor order flows.
- Suggest improvements and automation opportunities — we love people who push us to be more digital.
- Be the bridge between supply chain operations and tech, ensuring we stay scalable as we grow.
- Collaboration & Impact
- Work closely with Quality, Finance, and Product teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support leadership with insights that help us improve lead times, onboard new suppliers, and make smarter decisions.
- Help us build a supply chain that’s not only efficient, but resilient and
- ready.
Preferred Qualifications
Must-have
- Experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or order management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working with digital platforms and tools (spreadsheets, ERP, OMS).
- Proactive
- solving mindset — you don’t just flag issues, you fix them. - Fluency in English and clear communication skills.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in apparel, accessories, or trims supply chains.
- Familiarity with automation and digital systems.
- Background in a
- growing,
- volume environment.
