Responsibilities

• Oversee the inbound and outbound flow of goods, ensuring stock levels remain accurate and balanced;
• Implement strategies to optimize inventory and improve overall supply chain efficiency;
• Manage purchasing processes by negotiating with suppliers to secure the best conditions;
• Coordinate product creation and purchase orders from planning to warehouse reception;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet operational and business demands.

Qualifications

• A degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field;
• 2–5 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with stock and inventory data;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in supplier negotiations and managing service levels;
• A BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Strong negotiation abilities and a proactive approach to
  - solving;
• Familiarity with stock management systems and process optimization.
