We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will play a key part in our Iberia Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic supply chain vision for Spain and Portugal aligned with company goals to support deployment and maintenance operations.
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain performance.
• Manage stock replenishment proactively with suppliers to minimize lead times and waste.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve supply chain visibility through digital tools and KPIs.
• Monitor carrier performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
• Define predictive strategies and work with stakeholders to adjust supply tools accordingly.
• Serve as the primary contact between deployment, maintenance, and production teams.
• Coordinate with the production department to align supply strategies with operational needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency in IT tools such as WMS, ERP, and related software.
• Excellent
  - solving skills.
• Leadership and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Experience in
  - paced, international environments.
• Fluent in English.
