Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Management, Supply Chain/Operations, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or similar
- Maximum of 1 year of experience
- 12 months internship experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain Trainee to join the Nespresso HUB within the Supply Chain Excellence team, which provides global services across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Physical Logistics.
- You will learn about the End-to-End (E2E) supply chain by supporting activities in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Physical Logistics.
- Your support may include automating reporting activities, enhancing weekly health check files and KPIs, assisting with
- in/phase-out processes, new product launches, managing master data, and supporting shipment and warehouse operations. - You will contribute to continuous improvement and process innovation across teams with leadership support.
- Gain insights into Nespresso’s supply chain operations.
Success Factors
- Degree in Management, Supply Chain/Operations, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or similar
- Up to 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power
Point) - Knowledge of programming languages (VBA, Python, SQL) and Power BI is preferred
