Your Role

As the Supply Network Operations Officer you will ensure seamless operational support across the supply chain planning, maintaining ERP (SAP) system integrity, customer satisfaction and Integrated Business Planning.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Forecasting & Demand Planning: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other inputs to predict future demand. Aligning demand forecasts with production and supply capabilities.
• Data Analysis and working with ERP/MRP Systems: Using Excel and working with data analytics tools (e. G. , Power BI) as well as systems like SAP. Data preparation, system updates, and KPI tracking for monthly IBP cycles.
• Logistics Coordination and Inventory Management: Coordinate with logistics partners and understand lead times and delivery schedules. Managing inventory turnover, safety stock and reorder points.
• Back-up for Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Management: Support AR management through
  - up on overdue payments, customer reconciliations and handle order processing, customer queries and delivery tracking.

Who You Are

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Engineering (IT, etc. )
• Knowledge in SAP and analytical skills preferred
• Experience with SAP SD / MM is an advantage
• Mastering MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strength in interpersonal relationships, between customers, suppliers, departmental resources, and
