As a Supply Planning Manager, you’ll play an important part in the team. Your primary focus will be to ensure the availability of raw materials to assure the right operations output. You’ll report to Supply Chain Manager. The impact of our work will resonate in homes and hearts across the world. On a typical working day, you will:
- Lead the Supply Planning teams (Materials Planning, Purchasing and Raw Materials Warehouse), promoting their continuous development and supporting activities, projects and initiatives.
- Implement the strategy for the purchase, reception, and storage of raw materials, to ensure the availability of raw materials for the implementation and optimization of the production plan.
- Promote and ensure connection with Global Purchasing and Raw Material Suppliers, contributing to cost, quality and sustainability goals.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of purchasing agreements established with suppliers
- Ensure the reliability of raw material stocks and inventory routines.
- Ensure that the local purchasing process complies with the group's standard, which aims to standardise the activities of the various units.
- Define and apply working methods, processes and tools that optimize the implementation of the developed solutions.
- Ensure a response to unexpected situations by outlining and following the action plan.

The role of Supply Planning Manager requires you to have:
- Higher education in Engineering or similar knowledge
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in using ERP tools
- Fluency in English
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Analytical and
- oriented profile - Ability and enjoyment of planning, setting and monitoring goals
- Proactivity in seeking solutions and solving problems
- Ability and enjoyment of working in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Team spirit and enjoyment of sharing knowledge and learning
