Overview

Join Zumub as a Supply Chain Planner! We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to oversee production planning across multiple product lines, ensuring efficiency, stock accuracy, and alignment with market demand. This role plays a vital part in coordinating internal teams and external copackers to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize production schedules based on inventory levels, coverage, and sales forecasts
• Manage and sequence production lines considering capacity, quality, and constraints such as allergens or cleaning requirements
• Minimize downtime through efficient changeover planning
• Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to maintain stock integrity and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with external copackers to synchronize timelines and capacities
• Track KPIs and make data‑driven decisions
• Implement continuous improvements in planning processes to boost efficiency

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning or related fields, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and take actionable steps
• Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Solution‑oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment
• Focused on process improvement and waste reduction
• Intermediate English (required)
