We are looking for an Amazing: Support - Academy

Seniority: Trainee (0-2 years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Work resolving incidents, answering user requests and monitoring production environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• 0-2 years of experience as a Production Support
• Knowledge with SQL, Linux, Ansible and Observability/Monitoring tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Being already in Portugal and Lisbon – hybrid model 2x per week
