THE ROLE

We are looking for a technical support consultant (German speaking) to be part of a motivated and growing team. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries over the phone, in accordance with service standards and procedures, in order to provide excellence and quality service to our customers.

Daily Responsibilities :

1. Respond to customer inquiries by phone;
2. Be the face of our client to our customers and partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in customer relations in a wide variety of situations.
• Strong people skills and customer focus;
• Ability to prioritize tasks;
• Organizational and
  - solving skills;
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm;
• Fluency in written and spoken German (mandatory) and English (B2);
• Access to fiber internet, fixed telephone network, and cable network suitable for remote work;
• Must have European citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal;
• Education to grade 12 or equivalent.
