We are looking for an Support Analyst & Helpdesk !

Responsabilities:

• Assist in software installations and configurations
• Review user identities and work with applications Business Owner, Technical Owner and Access management to perform any required corrective / preventive actions
• Monitor and
  - up the activity performed by external IT Helpdesk service
• Participation and management of projects related to business application needs
• Participate in workshops and
  - ups regarding business activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities.
• Service
  Now experience.
• Active Directory experience.
• Systematic, autonomous and logical thinking experience.
• Microsoft Office 365 experience.
• Good level of english.
