As a Support and Project Management Consultant on the SAP platform at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Provide
- level support to users, including handling queries, incidents, and requests for minor changes.

- Administer the local portfolio and ticketing system, tracking issue resolutions, and maintaining communication with users.

- Coordinate and lead the functional design of local features based on user requirements.

- Contribute to the implementation of small changes, including requirements gathering, impact analysis, and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Manage projects with effective governance, budget monitoring, and strategic alignment.

About you!

-Between 4 to 6 years of professional experience;

- You possess strong business analysis or support experience associated with application maintenance.

- You are skilled in financial instruments, asset servicing, data management, or local and IFRS investment accounting and reporting.

- You have proven expertise in project and change management within complex, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams.

- Experience with SAP Financial Asset Management (FAM) or Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) is an advantage.

- You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
