For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in application support, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Strong knowledge of ticketing tools, particularly Jira and Service
Now.

Basic understanding of databases and SQL. (plus)

Portuguese/English B2 and French C1 or higher (mandatory)

Availability to work in an hybrid model of 2x a week in the office in Porto
