Ideal candidate skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of application support experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of ticketing tools, especially Jira and Service
  Now
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL (plus)
• Portuguese/English B2 and French C1 or higher (mandatory)
• Availability for hybrid work 2x a week in Porto
