Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line IT support as part of a
  - paced, evolving environment.
• Utilize debugging and
  - solving skills to troubleshoot issues across various technologies (PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle, VBA, Git
  Lab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence).
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure smooth operation of applications in hybrid/remote/on-site settings.
• Support integration and deployment processes using tools such as Control-M, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Kafka, Big Data, and Unix.
• Maintain documentation and use Jira/Confluence for issue tracking and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or Finance.
• Proven experience in a 3rd line IT Support role.
• Strong debugging and
  - solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a
  - paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with PL/SQL and SQL programming languages.
• Understanding of
  - oriented programming languages.
• Familiarity with basic financial concepts.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Experience with Oracle, IQ, ASE, or Hive databases.
• Hands-on experience with tools/technologies such as VBA, SQL Workbench, Git
  Lab, Control-M, Bit
  Bucket, CFT, Jenkins, Kafka, Big Data, or Unix.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Available to work in a hybrid model in Porto.
