We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our team. The responsibilities include supporting clients with CI/CD Scanner integrations, assisting with Siemens application integrations, developing CLI applications in Java and Python, analyzing and resolving support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding clients on Siemens applications, escalating complex issues, documenting support activities, and suggesting process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent English with advanced writing skills
• At least 5 years of experience with web development technologies, preferably in international teams
• Experience with incident management tools (e. g. , Service
  Now)
• Proven Java experience in production environments
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably Git
  Lab CI)
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud technologies
• 2nd line support experience and coordination with 3rd level teams
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Experience working with YAML files
• Scripting skills in Bash, Shell, and Python (development and architecture)
• Log analysis and analytical skills
• Ability to create and update documentation
• Team player attitude, eager to learn and adapt
