What You Will Do

• Provide primary application support by handling support requests
• Continuously improve support procedures, tools, and runtime environment
• Collaborate with internal Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Log and track issues, keeping customers informed of progress

What You Must Have

• Over 2 years of experience in application support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in work
• Ability to work in a team to meet deadlines
• Initiative and a drive for continuous improvement and best practices
• Self-motivation and creativity
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Programming skills in C# and Typescript
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience with scripting languages like Power
  Shell or Bash
