Job Description WE WANT YOU is a Natixis Trainee Program designed to hire and empower young talent through continuous learning and on‑the‑job training. Responsibilities
- Human Resources: Assures that Natixis in Portugal has the right level of skills to achieve ambitious growth targets while providing a unique employee experience.
- Communication & Sustainability: Promotes a unique culture that unleashes talent, connections and power to make an impact.
- Facilities: Creates and maintains an optimal building environment, ensuring seamless functioning of all facilities and enhancing overall workplace experience.
- Finance: Focuses on accounting, purchasing, financial and management control for operations in Natixis in Portugal, working closely with Headquarters in Paris.
- Business Management, Development and Transformation: Analyzes, monitors and manages all related to growth and development of Natixis in Portugal, working closely with Headquarters in Paris.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
- Proficiency in Portuguese (minimum B1 level).
- Academic background in relevant fields.
- Availability for a full‑time internship (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) with at least 2 days per week at our Porto office. The first season of the Natixis Trainee Program 2026 begins in April 2026, so candidates must be available full time during that month and thereafter.
