What are we looking for?

• Solid experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles
• Experience working in Unix / Linux, datacenter, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), or on security initiatives
• Participation in operational routines and incident management
• Knowledge of tools such as Windows, Unix / Linux, Jira, Excel, Splunk, SQL, ETL, or Ui
  Path
• Background in financial services, logistics, or ERP support
• Good command of English (mandatory)
