As part of our international expansion, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Support Operations Officer to join our Lisbon-based team. You’ll be central to our operational excellence, supporting partners and driving performance across our rental agency network.
Your responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Head of Central Ops Vaa
S, you will be the main contact for our local partners, ensuring optimal use of our mobility solutions. This hybrid role combines operational support, partner training, and performance optimization.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
Operational Support:
- Manage daily operations and provide support to various business units.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
- Coordinate with
- functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
Process Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Manage escalations and facilitate resolutions.
Administrative and Analytical Tasks:
- Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
- Use data to analyze performance trends and support
- making.
Continuous Improvement:
- Support projects aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in review sessions to assess and improve processes.
Expected Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Customer- and
- oriented mindset. - Passionate about innovation, optimization, and automation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and
- building ability. - Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and empowering others.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments is a plus.
