We are seeking a Support Operations Officer in Lisbon to support our operational excellence, partner support, and performance across our rental network.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations and providing support to business units.
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing workflow improvements.
• Coordinating with teams to implement process enhancements.

Process Optimization:

- Streamlining workflows and implementing best practices.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Acting as the main contact for stakeholders, managing escalations, and ensuring effective communication.

Administrative and Analytical Tasks:

- Preparing operational reports, analyzing performance data, supporting
- making, and participating in projects to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related fields, fluency in Portuguese and English, a
- oriented mindset, passion for innovation, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and experience in B2B or B2C environments is a plus.
