As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Support Operations Officer to join our Lisbon-based team. You will be central to our operational excellence, supporting partners and enhancing performance across our rental agency network.
Your main responsibilities include:
Operational Support:
- Manage daily operations and support various business units robustly.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded where possible.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with
- functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
Process Optimization:
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Coordinate with teams to implement process enhancements.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely communication.
- Manage escalations and facilitate resolutions.
Administrative and Analytical Tasks:
- Prepare detailed operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Analyze performance trends using data to support
- making. - Support projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular review sessions to assess and improve processes.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Italian, and English (written and spoken).
- Customer- and
- oriented mindset. - Passion for innovation, optimization, and automation.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building
- lasting relationships. - Team player who shares knowledge and empowers others.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments is a plus.
