Hybrid model in Lisbon

We are looking for a Support /PKI Operator to join our team and support the daily operation of critical IT security systems. This role is ideal for someone with a background in systems or IT operations, who is
- oriented and motivated to work in
- security environments.

What you’ll do:

• Operate and monitor PKI systems and related IT solutions;
• Perform routine tasks such as backups, certificate rotation, and system checks;
• Respond to alerts and incidents, escalating when necessary;
• Document procedures and keep operational records up to date;
• Provide support to users and collaborate with system administrators and development teams;
• Contribute to audits, risk identification, and continuous improvement of processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and computer networks;
• Ability to follow procedures and document activities accurately;
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and the ability to read technical English;
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Eligible to obtain security clearance.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support;
• Knowledge of databases, helpdesk tools, or monitoring systems;
• Interest in information security, cryptography, or standards such as ISO 27001.
