We are looking for Support!

Responsibilities:

Designing an implementation of database systems in the Information Systems:

• Monitor and support critical business processes.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stores procedures, and database triggers for data manipulation and reporting.
• Working closely with Development teams to improve the value of business processes outcomes.
• Manage high complex Microsoft SQL Server, Postgre
  SQ.

Administration and maintaining databases in operational conditions:

• Implementing backup systems to ensure the integrity of all database data.
• Ensuring that backups are made in acoordance with strategy defined by each business line.

Provide technical support:

• Provide support to developers and APS teams.
• Intervene in the event of incidents which limit the performance of databases or access to information.
• Active participation in
  - mortems for major and/or recurring database incidents.

Technical advisory:

• Ensure technological monitoring to maitain the required performance and availability through visualisation tools (e. g Dynatrace, Power BI).
• Assess and deploy innovative solutions aiming to simply, automate and optimise database costs.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with ETL processes Development, optimization and monitoring (SQL Procedures, Functions, . . ).
• Root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with SQL perfomance tunning, partitioning and indexing.
• Experience with Master Data Services.
• ITIL.
• Dev
  Ops (CI/CD).
• Monitoring tools (e. g. Dynatrace, ELK, Zabbix).
• Good soft skills (empathy, communication, etc. ).
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment.
• Capacity for critical analysis and focused on solving blockage points.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
