Zumub is looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to assist and guide our customers across multiple channels. If you enjoy solving problems and providing excellent service, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via email, phone, and
- person, providing solutions and guidance. - Handle complaints and order‑related issues efficiently.
- Contribute to other projects as needed, leveraging your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and Portuguese.
- Strong communication and learning abilities.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Good computer literacy.

Park) — On‑site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1‑hour lunch).
