Zumub is looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to assist and guide our customers across multiple channels. If you enjoy solving problems and providing excellent service, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via email, phone, and
  - person, providing solutions and guidance.
• Handle complaints and order‑related issues efficiently.
• Contribute to other projects as needed, leveraging your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and Portuguese.
• Strong communication and learning abilities.
• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Good computer literacy.
• Initiative and leadership mindset.
