Your contribution to something big:
As an HR IT Support Specialist in our 2nd level support team, you will be the backbone of our Success
Factors Employee Central operations. Your mission: keep systems running seamlessly, resolve complex issues, and ensure data flows across global HR platforms. You will:
- Perform 2nd level support activities in Success
Factors, collaborating closely with IT and local HR system teams; - Analyze and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring a
- focused approach; - Maintain an overview of system connections and data flows;
- Support testing for system changes, enhancements, and releases to guarantee functionality and quality.
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT related field or comparable qualification.
- Experience: 1–2 years in IT support or similar roles; hands‑on experience with Success
Factors, ideally Employee Central. - Knowledge: Solid understanding of Success
Factors and HR system landscapes. - Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory), German is a plus.
- Personality: Analytical, structured, and
- oriented. Interculturally competent, quick learner, adaptable, and
- driven.
